Role Overview: The Clinical Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing client and patient feedback, ensuring a high standard of service delivery within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing and resolving all client and patient complaints efficiently, maintaining open communication through various channels.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date record of complaints and clinical incidents in the database.
  • Evaluating the severity of complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate management when necessary.
  • Implementing safeguarding protocols and conducting thorough investigations.
  • Supporting inquiries initiated by regulatory bodies.
  • Facilitating investigation meetings and participating in disciplinary processes as needed.
  • Organizing necessary training for candidates to enhance their skills.
  • Coordinating monthly training sessions to ensure continuous professional development.
  • Conducting registration checks for new candidates across the organization.
  • Managing the schedules for clinical staff, including arranging interviews, supervisions, and appraisal meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Educational qualifications equivalent to GCSE or higher.
  • Proficient communication abilities to convey information clearly within the organization and to external entities.
  • Exceptional administrative and computer skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity.
  • A solid understanding of clinical procedures and practices within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
