Position Overview:

Uncapped Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our commercial efforts and drive further growth.

As a pivotal member of our executive team, you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the global sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance performance.
  • Design and refine the compensation framework, including commissions and quotas, to motivate and reward high performance.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration, particularly in product innovation and risk management.
  • Establish and promote a positive culture within the commercial team, setting the standard for excellence.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of scaling businesses from $20 million to $100 million in annual revenue.
  • Experience managing commercial teams of 20 or more members.
  • Extensive knowledge of selling to small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the e-commerce sector.
  • Expertise in leveraging data and insights to inform and measure commercial strategies.
  • A strong background in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
