Job Title: Head of Growth and Commercial Strategy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Growth and Commercial Strategy to lead our commercial growth efforts and drive revenue growth for Build Force Talent UK Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through hospitality sales, sponsorship acquisition, and other revenue streams.
  • Commercial Partnerships and Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a commercial growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Membership and Premium Memberships: Develop and implement a membership model that maximizes revenue and attracts new and diverse audiences.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to monitor leads and opportunities.
  • CRM System Implementation: Implement a CRM system to monitor leads and opportunities.
  • Market Evaluation and Outreach: Evaluate market opportunities and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Commercial Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to develop commercial proposals that align with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Experience in developing and managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
