About the Role:

As a Commercial Lead, you will be accountable for turning performance data into insight, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth, and mobilizing action with our Senior Leadership Team and relevant teams.

You will also be responsible for identifying market forces, opportunities, and threats, and translating these into action to ensure the growth trajectory is maintained or accelerated where possible.

Additionally, you will maintain a clear articulation of our business strategy, create strategy communication materials, and ensure internal stakeholder teams understand business strategy and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial performance of Adviser Platform business
  • Turn performance data into insight and identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify market forces, opportunities, and threats and translate into action
  • Maintain clear articulation of business strategy and create strategy communication materials
  • Lead relationship with Marketing and communicate business priorities

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of UK Wealth and Financial Services industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong financial awareness and analytical skills
  • Proven strategic thinker with ability to create and improve business growth
