About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Commercial. This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial direction of our company and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies for our products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO and other senior leaders on commercial matters.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a commercial leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
