About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Revenue Management function and team. As the Head of Commercial Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global pricing strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of Revenue Management specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Revenue Management function and team, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement global pricing strategies, working closely with Supply, Customer Experience, and Finance teams.
  • Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the development of best-in-class revenue management processes and capabilities.
  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities to drive trading margin by adapting pricing strategies.
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to support recommendations.
  • Experience with SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
Desirable
  • Team management experience.
  • Experience working within the travel or online FMCG industry.
Interview Process
  • TA screening - 30 minutes.
  • 1st stage with VP of Revenue Management & Trading - 45 minutes.
  • 2nd stage with key stakeholders, including a task to present, in-office - 1.5 hours.
  • Final stage with Chief Data Officer - 45 minutes.
