About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Vertical Advantage, a leading eCommerce accelerator. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of our clients' businesses across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for our clients' products across various channels, including Amazon, marketplaces, and traditional retail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including retailers and distributors.
  • Manage commercial terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives.
  • Lead a team of commercial professionals to support the growth of our clients' businesses, including finance, operations, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with our clients' leadership teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Experience working in the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of the market trends and consumer behavior.
