Commercial Manager / Account Director (Recruitment Advertising) - Leading Media Company

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in recruitment advertising?

Do you have a passion for driving revenue growth and developing key accounts?

A well-established media company, specializing in recruitment advertising solutions, is seeking a Commercial Manager / Account Director to join their team.

The Role of Commercial Manager / Account Director

As a Commercial Manager / Account Director, you will be a senior member of a dynamic team responsible for selling recruitment advertising solutions across various platforms, including digital, print, mobile, and social media.

80% of your role will involve developing and growing recruitment advertising revenues from key accounts, including Recruitment Agencies, Direct Clients, and Ad Agencies.

The portfolio of brands you will be selling across serves the marketing, media, digital, and creative/design industries.

As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to product development and act as a team mentor, working closely with the Telesales Director.

Requirements for this Commercial Manager / Account Director Position

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in media sales, including strong recruitment sales legacy
  • Strong digital recruitment ad sales experience
  • Strong face-to-face advertising sales experience
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales people
