Our clientele includes property developers, land agents, architects, and planners, all of whom rely on us to make informed decisions regarding land acquisition and development.

As a rapidly expanding B2B prop-tech firm, we aim to scale our operations significantly. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven sales track record to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities as the Director of Renewable Energy Solutions

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to foster high performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee customer outreach initiatives, including virtual and in-person engagements.
  • Conduct and supervise product demonstrations, ensuring effective and consistent presentations.
  • Guide clients on maximizing the platform's potential for their business, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collect, organize, and report on sales performance and customer feedback regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader team and founders to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Identify potential customer concerns and develop strategies to address them proactively.
  • Have the autonomy to implement your own sales processes within established best practices.
  • Continuously seek and drive enhancements in the self-service sales process.
  • Represent Searchland at networking events and industry conferences.
  • Take ownership of our ambitious growth targets.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working closely with clients in the renewable energy sector.
