Position Overview

The Director of Urban Change will spearhead the execution and advancement of initiatives within The Right Ethos's strategic focus on sustainable mobility, continuing our innovative efforts to advocate for reduced traffic and eco-friendly transportation solutions.

This role encompasses overseeing significant projects aimed at enhancing urban green spaces, including the innovative initiative of replacing vehicles with greenery in densely populated areas, as well as managing additional urban sustainability efforts.

In collaboration with the executive team, you will oversee a substantial budget dedicated to these initiatives and lead a team of dedicated professionals while fostering essential partnerships. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the successful implementation and measurable impact of these projects, guiding team members through effective management, and leading fundraising efforts aligned with our organizational objectives.

Working closely with the communications department, you will disseminate powerful campaign messages to maximize outreach and influence within our target communities and beyond. Additionally, you will serve as the primary representative for your area of expertise, engaging with various stakeholders, including local events and media outlets.
