Director of Sustainability Technology

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced sustainability professional to join our team as the Director of Sustainability Technology. In this newly created role, you'll play a crucial part in developing data-driven strategies for internal stakeholders and customers, building strategic customer relationships, and equipping sales teams with cutting-edge sustainability materials.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and possesses the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team dedicated to decarbonization data analytics, ensuring accurate and timely collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability metrics.
  • Develop innovative strategies for leveraging data to communicate Equinix's sustainability achievements and progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their sustainability needs and tailoring solutions that align with their goals.
