Position Overview:
As the Head of Regulatory Affairs Initiatives, you will be instrumental in executing our regulatory and sustainability strategy across the EMEA region. This role involves mobilizing the Sage ecosystem to fulfill our commitments through community engagement and local collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement the EMEA strategy and operational framework that aligns with our commitments.
  • Local and Global Alignment: Ensure that regional initiatives contribute to overarching strategic objectives and that local strategies are in harmony with our global approach.
  • Policy Integration: Proactively incorporate policy advancements into our strategic framework.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region, including Country Managers, People leads, Supply Chain, Legal, Risk, and Corporate Affairs.
  • Synergy Identification: Drive collaborative efforts across the Sustainability and Foundation teams.
  • Governance and Reporting: Oversee reporting, governance, measurement, and evaluation processes for the EMEA region.

Collaboration and Impact:
Work closely with the Sage Foundation team to connect our global partnerships with EMEA initiatives, enhancing our partner and customer ecosystem programs.
  • Impact Maximization: Monitor and evaluate the impact generated through our EMEA partnerships.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary contact for Sustainability and Foundation matters in the EMEA region.

Regional Strategy Translation:
  • Adapt the ESG and Foundation strategies for the EMEA context.
  • Provide regional insights to inform the global Sustainability and Sage Foundation teams.
  • Integrate sustainability principles within the regional framework.

Team Engagement:
Actively participate as a member of the global Sustainability and Sage Foundation team:
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including global projects focused on data enhancement, program development, and ambassador initiatives.
  • Enhance the reputation of the Sustainability and Sage Foundation through active engagement.
