Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Leader to join our team at Eden Brown. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and improving our clients' existing sustainability offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sustainability growth and improve our clients' environmental performance.
  • Lead and grow a team of sustainability professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company's overall strategy.
  • Conduct energy modeling using IES software and undertake thermal comfort analysis to CIBSE TM52, TM59, and TM49, and Part O.
  • Develop sustainability statements and undertake energy performance certificates, full SAP modeling, and thermal bridging calculations using Physibel software.
  • Provide project support and undertake audit and review projects for accuracy and technical compliance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for junior, intermediate, and senior sustainability consultants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sustainability leadership and management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving environmental performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of sustainability best practices, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and waste reduction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
