Key Responsibilities:

  • Position BSI as a leader in sustainability through strategic engagements, advocacy efforts, and active participation in industry forums.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to create impactful solutions that yield both environmental and business benefits.
  • Direct a team of specialists to effectively implement the sustainability value proposition.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and excellence within the organization.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with significant clients and strategic partners to enhance BSI's service offerings.
  • Monitor the success of sustainability initiatives through comprehensive performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Over 15 years of experience in the development of sustainability initiatives.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling commercial sustainability products.
  • Strong business insight and leadership capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for creating positive change through business solutions.
  • Experience in global leadership within a complex organizational structure.
  • A deep understanding of sustainability challenges and emerging trends.
