Sportradar is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Strategy to lead the development and execution of our global strategy, with a focus on transitioning the company to a platform business model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, corporate development, and transformation, with a passion for sports, technology, AI, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Sportradar's global strategy, with a focus on transitioning the company to a platform business model.
  • Work closely with the M&A department, Start-Up Unit, Data & Insights, and PMO to drive corporate development across all business units.
  • Lead large-scale transformation projects, including the overhaul of business models and operating models.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop strategies to capitalize on these insights and drive sustainable growth.
  • Partner with the M&A team to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships that support the company's platform business strategy.
  • Innovate and develop new business ventures and initiatives that align with Sportradar's strategic goals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or a related field, with at least 4 years at a top strategic consultancy.
  • Proven experience leading transformation projects, including business model transformation, operating model redesign, and change management.
  • Experience in the sports, technology, media, and/or betting/iGaming industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
