Key Responsibilities:

  • Position BSI as a leading voice in sustainability through strategic engagements, advocacy efforts, and active participation in industry forums.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create meaningful offerings that provide both environmental and commercial advantages.
  • Guide a team of specialists to effectively realize the sustainability value proposition.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and excellence within the organization.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic partners to enhance BSI's service offerings.
  • Monitor the success of sustainability initiatives through defined performance indicators.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Over 15 years of experience in the development of sustainability initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling commercial sustainability products.
  • Strong business insight and leadership capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for fostering positive change through business solutions.
  • Experience in global leadership within a matrixed organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sustainability challenges and emerging trends.
