Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and leads through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively negotiating contracts with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, contracts, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Commcrest Technology Solutions, OPC's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of clients in the IT industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
