MatchaTalent is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our esteemed client, a leading company in the vaping industry renowned for its innovative products and commitment to providing a healthier vaping experience. As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding the client base within France, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with the Marketing team to drive activations and achieve targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the existing client base in France to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Visit points of sale to enhance product placement and broaden the range of products offered.
  • Conduct brand training sessions, oversee B2B platform onboarding processes, and gather valuable market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our company's CRM system.
  • Achieve targets related to revenue distribution, product range expansion, and retailer onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure activations are executed flawlessly.
  • Provide support at national trade shows and promotional events.

Your Qualifications:

  • Preference for candidates based in Paris, France.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the tobacco, e-cigarette, or FMCG industries.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French is required. Additional fluency in Arabic or Urdu is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
