We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our Relationship Management Group (RMG) at MatchaTalent. The RMG conducts thorough and detailed stakeholders mapping and provides profiles of all journalists and opinion leaders within the Media Relations Division (MRD) network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. They will be responsible for developing and updating detailed profiles for all journalists and opinion leaders, tracking and logging engagements and visits, and maintaining the Media Relations calendar in alignment with other corporate calendars.

The successful candidate will be able to develop, gather, analyze, and present media-related materials and data, perform well under pressure, and handle a variety of requests. They will also be flexible, have good organizational skills, and be detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update detailed profiles for all journalists and opinion leaders
  • Develop and update the media database by regularly tracking and logging engagements and visits
  • Track and update all Media Relations deliverables of upcoming events and announcements
  • Maintain the Media Relations calendar in alignment with other corporate calendars
  • Provide data and intelligence on journalists
  • Track and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in Public Relations or a related field
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility and good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
