Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities for Commcrest Technology Solutions, OPC.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals for the company.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure profitability for negotiated products and services.
  • Develop pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to maximize impact.
  • Understand and promote company programs, services, and products.
  • Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
  • Maintain and update client records.
  • Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Support the Accounts Department for billing and collection.
  • Report all sales and project-related expenses and cash advances in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in selling IT products and solutions.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and partners.
  • Competency in computers and MS applications.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Able to work and adjust in a fast-paced environment.
