Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at EMentor Enterprises Private Limited. The primary responsibility of this role is to market and sell plots and flats, ensuring that annual sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing and Prospecting:
    • Create and manage posts about onboarded properties across various marketing channels.
    • Populate advertisements for properties on various online portals and accounts.
    • Disseminate posts in relevant groups to reach potential buyers.
    • Post property advertisements in newspaper classifieds to increase visibility.
    • Contact prospective clients and existing customers to inform them about the availability of properties.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Regularly meet with current and prospective clients to provide information updates and opportunities regarding available properties.
    • Invite clients to company events and ensure a positive experience during these events.
    • Maintain periodic communication with clients via phone to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Selling:
    • Organize and schedule property visits for interested buyers.
    • Conduct property presentations onsite to showcase features and benefits.
    • Brief clients about our services and offerings to build confidence and trust.
    • Set up meetings between clients and relevant stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and facilitate negotiations between buyers and the company.
    • Follow up on payment commitments and manage the payment process.
    • Oversee the payment transaction and registration process to ensure a smooth closing.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and platforms.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
    • Own Conveyance is a Must (Preferably 2-Wheeler)
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in property marketing and sales.
    • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
