Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, agents, and dealers in the assigned territory to increase sales of DI Pipes & Fittings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with customers, including preparing and presenting technical and commercial offers.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, including handling customer complaints and grievances.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of the steel pipe industry and its applications.
  • Business Acumen: A proven track record of successful sales in the steel piping/Infrastructure/O&G/Water sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and develop colleagues, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, covering the assigned region.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
  • Education and Certifications: A valid driving license is required.
