Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at 2coms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
- Customer Engagement and Support
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Team Collaboration and Development
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Technical Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of the steel pipe industry and its applications.
- Proficient in sales and marketing software and tools.
- Business Acumen
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales and marketing landscape.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the steel pipe industry.
- Language Skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
