Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agents, and dealers, to increase sales of DI Pipes & Fittings in the assigned territory.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that all sales agreements are finalized and executed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, handling customer complaints and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to the company's reporting system and ensuring timely submission of sales reports.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: A technical engineering background and interests.
  • Industry Network: A broad network of contacts within the steel pipe industry.
  • Adaptability: Open-minded and adaptable to changing organizational strategies and visions.
  • Sales Experience: A record of accomplishment of substantial successful sales into the steel piping/Infrastructure/O&G/Water sector.
  • Teamwork: Strong team worker with the ability to mentor and develop colleagues using a supportive and collaborative approach.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate and logical thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiator with the ability to manage negotiations and finalize deals in a timely and effective manner.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel (50% time) covering the assigned region.
  • Administrative Skills: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and delegate effectively.
