We are seeking a seasoned Partner Relationship Manager to join our ASEAN team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the region, including consulting firms, technology partners, and other industry entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and nurture robust relationships with current partners while identifying new collaboration opportunities within the ASEAN region.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop unified business strategies and blueprints aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
  • Provide primary liaison support for partners, offering essential assistance, training, and resources to ensure seamless integration and utilization of our solutions.
  • Conduct regular partner evaluations, providing insights to enhance partner effectiveness and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify potential partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner assemblies to promote our solutions and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field of study.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the Governance Compliance or Risk sector.
  • Proven track record of cultivating and overseeing successful partnerships, particularly within the ASEAN territory.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build enduring partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the ASEAN market dynamics, regulatory framework, and prevailing industry trends.
  • Able to work effectively in both autonomous and collaborative settings within a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingsness to travel as necessary within the ASEAN region.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional ASEAN languages considered an asset.
