About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor and Mentor to join our team at NPPD CARE, a fast-growing healthcare and wellness startup. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Guidance: Offer advice on business strategy, product development, market penetration, and growth initiatives to help us achieve our goals.
  2. Mentorship: Support and mentor our leadership team in key decision-making processes and offer insights into overcoming challenges.
  3. Networking and Partnerships: Leverage your network to help build relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and investors.
  4. Business Development: Provide input on market trends and opportunities, assisting in shaping new business models and revenue streams.
  5. Fundraising and Investor Relations: Guide our team on fundraising strategies, pitch preparation, and engaging with investors.
  6. Risk Mitigation: Assist in identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an advisor, mentor, or in an executive role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of startup environments, business development, and scaling companies.
  • Expertise in strategic growth, marketing, fundraising, or product development.
  • An extensive professional network and a willingness to leverage it for business growth.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
