Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the steel industry, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the steel industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, including coaching, mentoring, and developing sales skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
