About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Ted Experience. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our clients' workforce management needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client data, including staff attendance and scheduling information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of staff to client sites.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a staffing agency, brand experience agency, or field marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of success in account management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
