Position Overview

Lead National Account Executive - Discount Retailers

Compensation: Up to approximately £60,000 + Company Vehicle & performance incentives

Location: Remote

Lime Talent, a prominent player in the consumer packaged goods sector, is seeking to enhance its team with a Lead National Account Executive, specializing in the discount retail segment.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in strategically advancing the discount retail channel and nurturing the commercial partnerships with significant National Accounts. You will assume full responsibility for the Profit & Loss and commercial operations, contributing significantly to the success and expansion of the discount retail sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of essential company objectives and management of Customer Profit & Loss, including volume, revenue, gross profit, and gross profit percentage.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to ensure superior commercial execution.
  • Negotiate critical terms and strategic contracts.
  • Promote and integrate the company’s category vision and ensure effective in-store execution.
  • Enhance performance through category and retailer insights, converting them into actionable strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the commercial relationship of a significant national account.
  • Background in a branded consumer packaged goods organization.
