Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team at PT Executive. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth across the discounters and retail channels.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in national accounts commercial roles, with experience in either brands or own label within the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for:

  • Network and Influence: Building strong relationships with customers across the supply, marketing, finance, and other functions.
  • P&L Visibility: Understanding the impact of commercial decisions on the business and making informed decisions to drive growth.
  • Category Management: Developing and implementing strategies to deliver category and profit growth.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiating annual joint business plans and driving distribution of existing and new products.
  • Product Mix Management: Managing product mix to maximize margin and drive business growth.
