We are seeking a highly experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team at CSG Talent. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in managing and developing key accounts within the grocery and high street retail markets.

About the Role

This is a remote working opportunity, with occasional travel to our UK office. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for further expanding relationships with customers the business is already working with, and looking at how you can grow these customers further. You will also look at new business opportunities where you see a suitable chance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing relationships with UK Grocers
  • Deliver account growth year-over-year
  • Work with multiple buyers/categories within one customer
  • Pitch product launches, negotiate prices, and keep customers up-to-date at all times
  • Visit customers at their UK head offices when required
  • Prepare a focused business plan for the market

Requirements

  • Existing relationships with key UK Grocers/Retailers
  • Experience within the toy market (gifting, arts/crafts, and other comparable markets may be considered)
  • Comfortable working independently and holding yourself accountable
  • Able to demonstrate key account growth within current or previous role
  • Strong relationship-building skills

What We Offer

Our Senior National Account Manager will receive a highly competitive salary of up to the high 60's, plus a car allowance, remote contract with occasional office travel, company bonus scheme, free parking, phone, laptop, and other equipment provided, company pension scheme, 33 days holiday (inclusive of national holidays), career progression, friendly team environment, full training, and much more.
