MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Premium Beauty Brand, on the search for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working schedule of 3 days remote, 2 days office based.
The Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) will be responsible for managing and growing the business within defined customers as a key part of the business growth strategy. The ability to be creative and flexible in your approach to overcome and be successful in the ever-changing world of the UK retailer is also critical.
- Building and working to agreed Client Account Plan.
- Maximise sales from analysis and range reviews.
- Analysing and presenting market data/focus group outcomes to provide insight to the customer.
- Work with all departments to ensure customer service is fully optimising.
- Monitoring all sales performance regularly, highlighting, and maximising returns.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on profitability to drive sustainable growth.
- Awareness of global sourcing and Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to analyse data and trends to extract valuable conclusions.
- MS office and IT skills, especially strong excel skills.
