About the Role:

Cortez Agency is seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow existing accounts and onboard new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in national retail accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national retail accounts
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to maximize market share and profitability
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Identify and pursue new retail opportunities in the UK, EMEA, and US
  • Analyse and manage retailer P&Ls, ensuring financial objectives are met
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop the brand's presence and direction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in national account management within the beauty industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful relationships with national retail accounts
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales processes and strategies autonomously
