About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at L'Oréal, a leading global beauty company. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share, and managing your P&L for our portfolio of brands in-store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth and market share
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at multiple retailers across all categories
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute commercial and brand plans
  • Present new business opportunities to multiple stakeholders
  • Develop retailer-centric strategies and build plans for mutual growth
  • Sell brand and product propositions and negotiate commercial plans
  • Influence future initiatives and collaborations
  • Manage all lines of the P&L from sell-in down to gross margin
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior National Account Manager with a strong track record of driving sales growth and market share. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience working as a Senior National Account Manager or significant experience as a National Account Manager
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in managing complexity within a fast-paced sales environment
