About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team at PIE Recruitment. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading some of the biggest grocery accounts in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Devise and deliver exceptional Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with all key customers to maximize sales of products at key trading periods.
  • Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) and forecasting of assigned accounts to deliver value, volume, and Gross Profit (GP) % metrics.
Requirements
  • Existing experience as a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) or National Account Manager (NAM) with a proven track record of working with the Top 4 Grocers within the Food and Drink categories.
  • Experience working on at least two of the Top Grocery retail accounts within the FMCG Food and Drink Sector.
  • Exposure to building JBP's and budgetary responsibility.
  • Strong training background in FMCG Food or Drinks categories.
  • Ideal experience in line management and developing talent, although not essential.
  • A great track record of driving sales and profitability while working with your accounts.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to bring new and relevant insights to your account.
  • Leadership abilities, with the ability to guide and support junior members of the sales team.
