About the Role:

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our client, a specialist chemical manufacturer with over a century of manufacturing experience in the UK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a National Accounts Business Development Manager to play a key role in our client's continued success by managing and developing their extensive customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage over 1,000 live and lapsed accounts across the UK, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive new business development through a strategic and determined approach, leveraging our exclusive deals and success stories.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and promoting the unique value proposition of our products.
  • Work autonomously to achieve sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in chemicals sales, ideally with experience in lubricants, coolants, hydraulic fluids, refrigerants, or related products.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to follow them diligently to achieve results.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the role.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
