Reporting directly to our Commercial Director, we seek an individual who is exceptionally analytical, a master at building relationships, and fiercely dedicated to growth and results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Forge and sustain exceptional collaborative relationships across all levels, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, ensuring that our brand receives its rightful share of visibility and exposure.
  • Facilitate and support successful commercial negotiations regarding terms, pricing, distribution, and marketing support with Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail dynamics and category performance to pinpoint retail opportunities and strategic necessities.
  • Take full responsibility for all retail sales forecasting for the designated region/retailers, adhering to financial deadlines and budget submissions while promptly identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to drive and sustain top rankings across all categories and locations.
  • Collaborate with planning to ensure accurate forecasting for new product developments and core lines, alongside proactive inventory and assortment management.
  • Oversee each account's profit and loss, balancing investments with top-line potential; monitor retailer profit contributions and achieve agreed-upon profit margins.
  • Remain agile to respond to retail trends and maximize opportunities across various retailers.
  • Track, manage, and enhance performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and E-commerce to create and execute an annual plan for each retailer, focusing on key launches, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies. Regularly review implementation and performance against expectations.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring that broader teams are consistently updated on retail activities and decisions, always articulating the commercial rationale.
  • Build robust working relationships with Retail teams, leveraging insights from the field to drive commercial growth.
  • For new trading partners, design and implement tailored launch plans suitable for the market and retailer to achieve and maintain top rankings.
  • Be a visionary. Inspire others to see and embrace the possibilities through effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Lead National Account Executive or National Account Manager, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or fashion sectors.
  • Highly analytical, target-oriented, and commercially astute.
  • Solution-focused and innovative, balancing risk management with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and open to challenges.
  • Organized and structured, yet comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic business environment.
  • Adaptable to a startup culture, capable of hands-on work in a flexible and agile manner.
  • Able to provide a macro-level perspective and develop strategies while clearly articulating the rationale behind business decisions.
  • Eager for personal and professional growth.
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in successful negotiations.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
