Position Overview
In the role of Lead National Account Executive at L'Oréal, you will be instrumental in enhancing retail performance, expanding market presence, and overseeing the financial aspects of our renowned brands. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Formulating brand strategies and pinpointing avenues for growth
- Establishing robust relationships with senior decision-makers at leading retailers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement commercial and brand initiatives
- Presenting new business prospects to foster mutual growth
- Overseeing the financial performance and identifying retail prospects for the brand
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will require:
- Proven experience as a Lead National Account Executive or substantial experience as a National Account Executive
- Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities
- Capability to cultivate relationships and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Passion for engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization
- Outstanding presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail
