Your Responsibilities

In this role, your daily tasks may include:

  • Developing and nurturing collaborative relationships across various departments, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure Trinny London achieves optimal visibility and market presence.
  • Leading successful negotiations regarding terms, pricing, distribution, and marketing support with Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of retail dynamics and category performance to uncover strategic opportunities.
  • Taking full responsibility for retail sales forecasting within your designated region, adhering to financial deadlines and budget requirements while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Creating and executing comprehensive plans to maintain top rankings across all product categories and locations.
  • Collaborating with planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting for new product developments and core offerings, alongside proactive inventory management.
  • Overseeing account profitability, balancing investments with revenue opportunities, and monitoring retailer contributions to achieve financial targets.
  • Staying agile to respond to retail trends and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance metrics.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and E-commerce teams to develop and implement annual plans for each retailer, focusing on key launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Managing senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring all teams are informed of retail activities and decisions with a clear commercial rationale.
  • Building strong connections with Retail teams, leveraging field insights to drive commercial growth.
  • For new retail partners, designing and executing tailored launch plans to achieve and maintain top rankings.
  • Being a visionary leader, inspiring collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

The following skills will enhance your success in this position:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Lead National Account Executive or similar role, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or fashion sectors.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, results-oriented mindset, and commercial acumen.
  • Proactive problem solver with a growth-oriented perspective.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and open to new challenges.
  • Organized and structured, yet adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in a startup culture, with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and articulate the rationale behind business decisions.
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in successful negotiations.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
