We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at Barry M Cosmetics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth for our products on a national level.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national retail accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet sales targets.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, working closely with the sales team to create and execute promotional plans.
- Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor and manage budgets for promotional activities and account-specific initiatives, and provide training and support to retail partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales strategies, prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by national retail accounts.
- Proven experience in national account management within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
