About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at PT Executive. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth across the discounters and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement category management plans to drive profit growth
  • Negotiate annual joint business plans with key customers
  • Drive distribution of existing and new products
  • Manage product mix to maximize margin
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in national accounts commercial roles, with experience in the FMCG industry. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities.
