About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the global office facilities, ensuring seamless operations in multiple locations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for essential services such as security and cleaning, maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to align office maintenance with budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and refreshments, ensuring a well-stocked environment.
  • Innovate ways to enhance the employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Prioritize sustainability in office operations, striving for environmentally friendly practices.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and bookings as needed.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding by preparing welcome resources and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events that promote culture and engagement.
  • Recognize employee milestones and organize appropriate acknowledgments.
  • Encourage team involvement with charity partners and promote community engagement.
