Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor and HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and coordinating human resources activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Coordinate human resources activities, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration and human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
