Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services Team on a fixed-term contract. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting managers with pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with legislative and safer recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support managers with pre-employment checks, including verifying employee and volunteer information
  • Work on the HR Services Helpdesk, providing first-line advice and guidance to managers and staff
  • Assist the HR Service Manager and HR Service Leads with the coordination and management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARS)

Requirements
