Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team at Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP). As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the administration of our day-to-day HR processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve conflicts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
