About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief People Officer to join our leadership team at 15gifts. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic People Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned to our business goals, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition function, implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, and ensure a hiring process that meets the needs of our business.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Lead the design and implementation of development and training programs, foster career growth and advancement opportunities, and measure employee engagement to drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process, drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement, and implement a rewards and recognition program that aligns with our company values.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Implement a pay review process, design salary benchmarking, compensation programs, and benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives, integrate them into all functions, develop and track metrics to measure DEI progress and impact, and promote a culture of belonging and fairness for all employees.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Promote effective employee relations and conflict resolution, ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws, and address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business.
  • Proven ability to define and lead a best-in-class Employee Experience.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop those skills in others.
  • Experience in building and owning people strategies from the ground up and right-sizing for our stage of growth.
  • Part-time role (3 days a week).
