Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic People Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a people strategy that drives business results
    • Lead and grow our people team to ensure we have the right talent in place
    • Own the people budget and ensure effective use of resources
    • Define and implement our employee experience strategy
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee our talent acquisition function to ensure we attract and retain top talent
    • Implement strategies to drive employee engagement and retention
    • Develop and implement effective hiring processes
  • Employee Engagement and Development:
    • Design and implement development and training programs to drive employee growth
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
    • Measure and improve employee engagement
  • Performance Management:
    • Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process
    • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
    • Implement a rewards and recognition program that aligns with our values
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Implement a pay review process that aligns with our values
    • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
    • Champion DEI initiatives and integrate them into all functions
