Job Title: Chief People and Culture Officer

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our leadership team as Chief People and Culture Officer. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned to our business goals
  • Lead and grow our people team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Own the people budget, ensuring effective use of investment and driving business outcomes
  • Define and deliver exceptional Employee Experience, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs that meet our high standards
Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the talent acquisition function, implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and implement hiring processes that meet our business needs and ensure new starters are equipped to succeed
Employee Engagement and Development:
  • Lead the design and implementation of development and training programs, driving career growth and advancement opportunities
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement, measuring employee engagement to inform optimization
Performance Management:
  • Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process, driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Implement a rewards and recognition program that aligns with our company values
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Design and implement a pay review process that reflects our company values
  • Develop salary benchmarking, compensation programs, and benefits that meet our business needs
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
  • Champion DEI initiatives, integrating them into all functions and promoting a culture of belonging and fairness
  • Develop and track metrics to measure DEI progress and impact
Employee Relations and Compliance:
  • Promote effective employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant labor laws
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Requirements:
  • Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business
  • Proven track record of defining and leading best-in-class Employee Experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop those skills in others
  • Experience in building and owning people strategies from the ground up, right-sizing for our stage of growth
