We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our leadership team as Chief People and Culture Officer. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic People Leadership: Develop and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals, lead and grow the people team, own the people budget, and define our Employee Experience.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition function, implement strategies for attracting and retaining exceptional people, and oversee a hiring process that ensures new starters meet the core needs of the business.
  3. Employee Engagement and Development: Lead the design and implementation of development and training programmes, foster career growth and advancement opportunities, and measure employee engagement to facilitate continual optimisation.
  4. Performance Management: Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process, drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement, and implement a rewards and recognition programme that aligns with company values.
  5. Compensation and Benefits: Implement a pay review process in line with our values, design salary benchmarking, compensation programmes, and benefits, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives and integrate them into all functions, develop and track metrics to measure DEI progress and impact, and promote a culture of belonging and fairness for all employees.
  7. Employee Relations and Compliance: Promote effective employee relations and conflict resolution, ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labour laws, and address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business.
  2. Ability to define and lead a best-in-class Employee Experience.
  3. Expert communicator with proven experience leading internal communications through change.
  4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop those skills in others.
  5. Experience in building and owning people strategies from the ground up and right-sizing for our stage of growth.
