Job Title: Chief People and Culture Officer

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our leadership team as Chief People and Culture Officer. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned to our business goals
  • Lead and grow our people team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Own the people budget, ensuring effective use of investment and driving business outcomes
  • Define and deliver exceptional employee experiences, driving engagement and retention
Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee talent acquisition, implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement effective hiring processes, ensuring new starters meet business needs
Employee Engagement and Development:
  • Design and implement development and training programs, driving team growth and advancement
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
Performance Management:
  • Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process
  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Implement a pay review process aligned with our values
  • Design salary benchmarking, compensation programs, and benefits
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
  • Champion DEI initiatives, integrating them into all functions
  • Develop and track metrics to measure DEI progress and impact
Employee Relations and Compliance:
  • Promote effective employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws
